Itâs bold colours and fluid lines were pretty much born from messing about with the iPad (or as I like to call it, a brain fart!)â

Iâve always loved how Mexico doesnât shy away from colours and the print designs on their textiles are immense. After our honeymoon in Mexico in 2019 I came away even more inspired by the culture. We visited museums and soaked in the art, the prints, the intricate carvings and detailed lines. I wasnât great at documenting the holiday, but I did get a few key images which I drew upon whilst thinking up this design. đ·ïžâ

I doodled for a while, playing about with using the symmetry and creating flowy lines. A lot of things were left in the no pile, but this design just stuck. đïžâ
