  • How do I know what size to get?

    Our designs are made to be worn oversized and to be grown into. Check out our size chart to see which size is best. If in doubt, size up! Your child will not be getting any smaller.

  • Can I add a product to my order once I’ve paid?

    We cannot amend an order after it has gone through, however if you get in touch here we can make sure to get your order made and posted out together.

  • Which print is which?

    You can see all our current prints and their descriptions here.

  • I've received the wrong order/ size

    If there is anything wrong with your order get in touch straight away by emailing us at info@giselandthefish.com and we will do everything we can to get things sorted for you.  

  • Can you gift wrap my package?

    We wrap all of our orders in lovely, printed tissue paper with a card included. If you are buying a gift, drop us a note here including your order number and we can add a little message for you and send directly to the recipient if you prefer.  

  • How long will it take for my item to arrive?

    We make everything inhouse, from scratch, from cutting, to sewing to pacing. Depending on the size of your order it should take approx. 14 business days to make. Timings may vary during peak times but we will always notify you on how things are getting on in your confirmation email.  If you need the item for a specific time, please contact us and we can see if we can get you what you need quicker.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    We offer free shipping to all orders over £100 (UK only). Also if you sign up to our mailing list you will recive an introductory offer code :-)

  • Do you post outside the UK?

    Yes we do. We use Evri as our postal carrier, rates are based upon their fees. All packages can be tracked using their tracking service here and fully protected by their insurance for the value of the items.

  • I’ve not received my item but I’ve had a dispatch notice.

    Please check the reference provided in your dispatch notice with Evri to find out how they are getting on with your delivery. You can check here.

  • How do I return my item?

    We are sorry your not happy with your item. We make everything by hand and appreciate all feedback so we can improve our business. We will accept a return for exchange or full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@giselandthefish.com to recive the returns information.

  • How do I wash my little outfits?

    As with any clothes, the more you wash the worse they look. I know its hard to keep children clean, but we recommend spot cleaning with a little soap and warm water when possible instead of full-blown washing machine cleans to keep the colours vibrant (this also helps the planet!) Wash on a delicate machine cycle at 30 °C. Pop in a colour catcher and a bit of stain remover when you wash to save bleeding colours. Don’t tumble dry (also saving the planet) and if you can be bothered iron on a medium heat inside out using steam. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

  • How do I become a brand ambassador?

    We love seeing all of our tiny little customers rocking their ‘fits and are always looking for cool kids to be brand ambassadors for us. You don’t need to have loads of followers, just a cool vibe, a good aesthetic and a good camera (a new iPhone is good enough). Contact us here and make sure to include your Instagram handle. We get a lot of requests and cannot reply to all, so if you don’t hear back from us its just not the right time for your little one.
